As soon as our realtor in California interviewed Suzy Kormanik and her right-hand (wo)man , Kay Hauser, she knew she had found the perfect realtors for us! From the beginning, we knew that not only were they super knowledgeable and professional, but they would be forever friends who would listen to us, help us figure out what we really wanted, and hold our hands all along the journey. They both went above and beyond in the search for a home as we drove for hours in every direction looking for that perfect fit. During each home tour, Kay was especially helpful as she pointed out things that would make life difficult or need to be changed. She also had a lot of great decorating tips. Neither of them "sugar-coated" any of the negative aspects of a home or tried to hurry us into buying something we weren't in love with. After we found the home we wanted, Suzy expertly helped us through the bidding process and ended up saving us a huge amount of money. Then when things didn't go quite as expected during the home inspection, both Suzy and Kay made countless trips out to the property for several extra inspections and quotes for repairs. They handled difficult people with kid gloves, all the while keeping our best interests in mind, and helped us save money while still being able to get our forever home. One expert realtor is fabulous, but you can't get better than this incredible pair of women. They are the yin to the other's yang and you will be fortunate to have them on your team!

We hired Suzy because I knew her previously, and we knew we had a semi-complicated sale to handle. She blew us away! Super professional, knowledgeable and hard working, but also incredibly personable and patient and fun! The house was held in trust, and we have a large family that all needed to weigh in on decisions. The house also was a bit of an unknown - halfway between fixer upper and sell as is. Suzy and Kay gave us tons of advice, but also gave us lots of leeway to make our own decisions. We threw so many unexpected (to us and them) hurdles at them along the way, and they never wavered. We pretty much deferred to them on every decision in the end, because it was clear they had a super clear picture of the situation, and had heard us so well they could best predict what we would want. Amazing customer service all around. Would recommend them to anyone at all!
